Lake Muskoday is my soul. Lake Muskoday is the subject that helped me return to my creative roots. It is my home, my love, my memories, and my teacher. It is a place that has waited for me each summer for more than 50 years. It is my muse; the reason I wanted to be an artist. It is my creative engine. When I stopped painting I promised myself that when I picked up a paintbrush again it would be to paint my friend, my lake. I waited over 34 years to paint these paintings.
