New Work for my next solo exhibit, Inspiration and Interpretation (December 2025 - January 2026).
I have always loved the names of the full moons. Each moon has different descriptive names in various cultures. The names describe the natural events occurring the month of the full moon. I find these names poetic and powerful. I have dabbled in the mystery of full moon names before, but in this series I am finding a way to express the mystery and power behind the names. Though not part of the new exhibit, I included two earlier works on full moon names for reference (both sold).
